Lambert's Rainbow Market

Interesting salad bar, but one thing, they started removing the salad bar while I was still busy taking food from it. I invested time in going to the place in between my work. After a quick grocery and thoroughly investigating what I should get from the salad bar, I went ahead and started my supposedly great meal of the day. After 5 minutes of that, the staff started to take away the serving spoons from the dishes while I was on the other side of the salad bar and eventually I was practically guided away from the salad bar. I understand the salad bar needs to be wrapped before closing but not exactly when I'm taking food from the bar. This is the reason I don't even really care about the good tabuli and their medium interesting hummus. Also the lettuce was crispy and fresh even in the last hours of operation.
