We had a power outage at our Smokey Bones restaurant in Tyngsboro, MA on the fourth of July holiday weekend. As the Regional Facilities Manager, I called a couple of companies looking for emergency dry ice delivery and got answering machines. Bob at Lake Boone not only answered the phone, he happily delivered 500 pounds of dry ice to Smokey Bones in less than two hours. Above and beyond that, his team set the dry ice throughout three walk-in coolers and a walk-in freezer all for a reasonable price. They really saved the day for us! I wish they were a national company, but I know I can count on them for my restaurants in that area.
