Placed an order online Sunday morning...EARLY....online stated for store pick up THAT DAY! Didn’t get email til next day around noon time. Went after work andgave girl at front desk my info. She proceeded to check lock bins at front of store (only small items there, I ordered a Christmas tree!) she came back and told me she couldn’t find it! Nothing else, as if I WAS TO SAY, OH...OK. Told her it was a Christmas tree and then waited 30 MINUTES for them to locate the item! Don’t know how store remains open! A mere five customers if that in the store with about 20 employees walking around joking and laughing and not doing ANYTHING!!! How nice it must be to get paid for standing around and having fun while paying customers are forced to wait and look stupid on their behalf! Will never go there again!
