A little expensive for what you get. Crowded. Nice property. Slightly high hoa. Decent sq footage. Like the molding and wainscoting.

Calm quite place to live with lot of space for relaxation.

I recently viewed a condo at Jonathan's Landing. When I was signing the Reservation Doc. they increased the sales price on me w/o notice. My realtor em'd Geoffrey Rendall quite a few times asking him to honor the price quoted to me at the time I viewed the condo. He WOULD NOT honor the price which was the same price on the MLS listing. In addition to that they were going to give me $5,000 towards closing costs and changed that price also to $3,000. Do not trust Pulte Homes sales team and especially do not trust Geoffrey Rendall. They do not honor price quotes and they change prices during your negotiations w/o notice to you and then state they have a right to increase it. STAY AWAY from doing business w/ this unethical co!!!!!!
