JN Phillips Auto Glass

Back in September I had my windshield replaced at the Northampton location on King Street. I won't go into the details but my situation ended up being quite complicated. The manager and staff were incredibly responsive and really cooperative and thoughtful in the way they handled the whole situation. Thanks for the excellent service!

Last week I stopped in to JN Phillips auto glass on King St in Northampton to ask the proprietor if he would consider cleaning up his parking lot a bit and trimming the overgrown landscaping. He looked at me a bit funny but seemed responsive, though I could not tell if he was actually acknowledging the idea or just wishing I would go away. Today, he was out there himself cleaning the debris in the lot and I saw that the bushes were trimmed. With all of the complaining I do, I am glad to acknowledge you as a good business neighbor. Thanks, it means a lot. I have also had my glass fixed there in the past and the service was well done and quick.
