I have visited this Jiffy Lube a few times now and I will keep going back. The people who work here are nice and seem to take pride in their jobs. They are clear in their recommendation and are not pushy. The last two times I stopped in, I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. The waiting area is clean with magazines, a TV and most importantly, a clean restroom.
While I was there last time, they talked a customer out of an oil change (he was going on a long drive and was thinking it would be a good idea to change the oil just in case -- they informed him he had used full synthetic in his last oil change 1500 miles back and easily had 3500+ miles left before the oil would break down). That was a first for me -- a shop talking a customer OUT OF spending money unnecessarily.
Based on experiences like this, I plan to keep going to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes.
