I have worked at two other MAJOR auto repair chains in Quincy, and JF Auto is by far the most honest and capable. Flat rate timing is not of an importance here. Customer satisfaction and trust is. John is a good guy, and is very knowledgeable when it comes dealing with quality work and client satisfaction.
