Walked in for a quick bracelet resizing, received scratches on the bracelet. Is it really that difficult to pad tools and to use a microfibre cloth? Service quality left much to be desired, as my watch was casually tossed in my direction upon completion of the resizing. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this store to those who would like their jewelry to be handled carefully. Village Watch Centre is just a few steps away, and offers much more professional, legitimate service.
