I got yelled at because I missed calls from the nurse. I just couldn't answer due to I my work. I called them back and asked if I could talk to the nurse who had been trying to reach me. A man answered and said, "No, you had to pick up when she called you." Like I was ignoring on purposely. Some are really nice but bad ones are nasty.
