DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU IN ANYWAY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The company WILL NOT speak to you and they have the rudest woman answering their phone! I will honestly say the quality of their product is better than you'd expect for what you're paying for their product. My issue is with their panel hood for above a range/cooktop. There isn't an insert (required to complete your kitchen and get an inspection) that fits their hood.
