The priest was incredibly rude during a funeral mass. I've never witnessed a man of God be so cold hearted towards a grieving family or anyone for that matter in the house of God. The eulogy was conducted by the granddaughter of the deceased who was pregnant and emotional and had her cousin join her for support in case she started to break down and wouldn't be able to finish the short eulogy, that lasted less than five minutes. With a minute remaining she couldn't speak as the tears were streaming down her face and her cousin stepped in to close the eulogy and thank the family and friends that came to support them during this time of sorrow, at which time the priest started to speak over them and told them to stop he then continued to scold them and told them that there was only one person that was allowed to read and instructed the Eucharistic ministers to grab the cross. He then cut in front of them, as they were bowing at the alter to return to their seats, and started giving dirty looks to the congregation. It was in such poor taste, classless and no man of God should ever conduct himself with such loveless and shameful behavior. It was very disappointing and unfortunately brought anger to a day intended for mourning, love and reflection of beautiful memories of the deceased.
