This place is such a SCAM. They will tell you all these incredible things they will do for you but after you join it's completely different. You're on your own get no attention like they said. They don't tell you all the plans they offer to trick you into joining a membership that's way more expensive and less affordable for people when thy have a lot of other plans to offer that they don't tell you until you want to leave. If you want to get a PROBLEM solved? Forget it! I had joined two other friends of mine and we all hated this place. The customer service is horrible! If you call the office to get an answer for something you might as well save your time and energy there's literally only 1 person working to do anything in this gym and your call will NOT be answered trust me! My friend has been calling for 2 months trying to get her account info sorted out so she stops getting charged after being told her account was on FREEZE THEY UNFROZE HER ACCOUNT AND KEPT CHARGING HER! It's so ridiculous! All this company is good for us scamming. Go join a regular gym for $20 a month instead of $125 a month. For people that work their schedule is impossible make it to classes. I should have read all the same complaints and experiences of people being scammed before I joined this place. PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE! Join another gym for way less!
