She was correct that I should have reviewed the policy, but minimized the fact that I requested certain coverage. If a customer asks for identical coverage, that is what you should provide. In my case, I was informed that my coverage selection was automatic. That just makes no sense. If I request certain coverage, that is different than what is automatic, there is a duty to adjust that coverage. As much as I may like the individuals, I have to deal with an accountable business. I, therefore need to take my business elsewhere. Did I mention, that I was told I needed to bring in my plates or go the Registry to cancel my insurance. That's not even necessary. Why tell someone that!
