I have had Hunter service various appliances over the last 30 years that I have lived in Acton. They are courteous at all times. They are prompt, and know their stuff. Recently I had a difficult issue with my washing machine, the result of a faulty transmission. It is a true direct drive washer, so I wanted it repaired. I took the cheap route and purchased a rebuilt, which was not up to snuff. I had waited quite a while for service due to the Christmas season. Well when would you least like your appliances to break down? I was therefore upset that the rebuilt did not function as expected, and basically threw a tantrum. They remained calm, ordered a brand new one and got it to me pronto, without hesitation. I am without hesitation in recommending this company.
