H&R Block

Ridiculous! Waited for over half an hour even thought we had an appointment only to find that the guy was completely incompetent. He was fumbling through the papers, mumbling and misspelling basic words when typing. I came to H & R block to make my taxes less stressful but I was so uncomfortable I picked up my papers and left. A total waste of time and I will NOT being going back.

Absolutely terrible. First my appointment was double booked, but they had someone else open to "help". I don't even know if that guy knew how to spell taxes. I walked out after painfully watching him fumble around for an hour. Came to hr block not because I don't know how to do my taxes but because I didn't want the hassle of doing them myself. Plus it is always nice to get a professionals opinion. Unfortunately though the employee i was with made me so nervous with every mistake he made and just complete lack of knowledge. Just shameful... I was not with Wendy, but overhearing her with someone else it sounds like she knows what she is doing. If you don't get her just walk out or wait.
