I went to h&r block for years and every year they cost more and more, i sat down and watched them do my taxes this year and it literally took 10 minutes and they wanted almost 400 bucks. After complaining and informing them we will not return i paid the bill. A few days later they added one paper because we forgot about the solor panels discount and they want an additional 25 bucks for the one piece of paper. I told them that it rediculas and that they know i will not be back and thwy are trying to extort more money from me and wont finish and return my taxes. I belive this is illegal to hold my tax returns hostage. I already paid them in full and they want more.
