Furniture is beautiful but the customer service was terrible. We looked forward to using a local family owned business. After ordering an entire room full of furniture the couch came in the wrong color. They promised to deliver the correct one in a couple of days. No problem I said. Well a week went by and we didn't hear anything so I called, they didn't seem to recall that we were missing a couch. Three phone calls and three weeks later, still no couch and no update on where it was and every time I called they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. They only have 3 people that answer the phone and 2 of them delivered the furniture so how could they not know what I was talking about. I had to call a fourth time and was called "honey" by one of the owners. After demanding the couch they brought it and neither owner said a word to me when they dropped it off. They didn't even put the feet on the couch and never once did I get an apology throughout the whole ordeal.
