The Home Depot

Placed an order with them with a delivery to my address on the Cape. They told me that the order was coming from the Wareham store. Complete screw up. I had to call Wareham only to have them put me on hold to call the Hyannis store. Found out that they entered the wrong address. they were not accomodating at all. Terrible customer service...they told me that i was going to be transferred to a manager and was on hold forever....
