Suggestion and Customer Service alert to the Home Depot Store Manager in Reading. You might want to consider hiring a cashier for your Thursday afternoon shift. I don't mind ringing up my own order however my patience runs thin when I'm waiting 20 minutes to do so. There were at least 10 employees chatting and socializing. Lots of opportunities for improvement at every single level. If you don't care about your customer, you can't expect your staff to care either.
