Horrible experience was treated basically like a criminal not very knowledgeable at all hard to find the rooms they lie about the parking meters and the times on multiple occasions Best thing is to stay away from Holyoke anything that has to do with City Hall and that's not including the police and the mayor which that's a whole another story
