I've been here for 3 nights. My room was nor cleaned/serviced at all. I had to ask yesterday and today why my room wasn't serviced, and was only told "I'm sorry" by the front desk clerk. I just asked her for towels, trash bags, coffee. She handed them all to me. My arm is in a cast. She made no attempt to help me. Very angry and upset. Never again.
