I never thought I would say this about a car dealership, but I had a truly great sales experience at Herb Chambers Toyota. I went to 3 other dealers in the course of my search, and Herb Chambers was by far the most pleasant place to do business. Besides making me feel comfortable , I got a better price on a new car, and a better trade-in allowance. I was able to take my time and set the pace of the transaction. The were willing to track down the exact car that I wanted, a task that other dealers seemed put out by. Can't say enough good things about the manager, Michael A., and my sales person, Luke J. Overall a 5-star experience- they've earned a customer for life!
