On Christmas Eve, my mom's refrigerator stopped refrigerating so I emailed info(at)harrityappliance dot com and didn't expect a reply until after the holidays, but John got back to me and planned it right away. A tech named Chip visited 36 hours later and diagnosed the problem like Dr. House. From my experience & also reading these other reviews, it seems like Harrity is one of those awesome local businesses making Worcester proud.

Harrity Appliance has serviced our appliances for almost 30 years. They have great customer service. Our repair person does an excellent job! He's the same one who is assigned to this area.
