Great customer service. Very aggressive with insurance companies to make sure the customer gets the proper coverage and repairs are done correctly. My car came back looking better than ever. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Alex will take good care of your vehicle.

I was told by the shop to leave a review, so I will leave my honest opinions here. The positive reviews lead me here to fix my Audi S5's front end crash. - Took over 2 months to fix the car because grill was not ordered properly even when I mentioned it in the beginning about 3-4 times. I've never had to let a car mechanic know which grill to order ever, even an insurance claimer from Allstate found it easily. The right grill still isn't on, even though it was the closest one they found. - Lack of updates on car. - Was told my that I didn't know the car business enough and didn't know my grill was aftermarket. First the grill is NOT an aftermarket. I've had Audis for 8+ years. It is an OEM grill from Audi S5, I think I know what I ordered. At the end... I opted out for the alternative grill, so it was finally done, brought the car back home. Upon close inspection, noticed my hood was not aligned at all. I mentioned this to Alex at the shop, he kind of by passed the question and told me to make a list of what I want changed. I wish after 2 months they would have at least aligned the hood correctly. It's pulled way too down and I can feel one side too high and one side being too low. Also I can put my whole finger through the side between the fender and hood. Instead of making the realignment of the hood a priority, I was told that I would have to wait a few weeks. That's fine with me but really.. do I have wait even longer after 2 months of waiting? Sadly this cannot be a 5/5 because of the lack of effort in even aligning even the hood and some comments made to me. I can try understanding the grill situation, hence the 3 stars but at the very end when the shop cannot even align the hood properly after 2 months? Maybe once the hood is realigned I will be more content and have an updated review. At this time, slightly disappointed at the craftsmanship but I believe there is always room to improve and sort things out. will update once everything's settled. Brought the car back home (missouri), had 3 different body shops look at it, Audi dealerships and body shops agreed that the hood, fender, bumper was not aligned. Finally after paying someone else, my hood is aligned. Will never come here again.
