Service Department is a fail. Damaged my vehicle while in their shop, then refused to provide payment to get a repair done - even after providing a written repair quote. They finally relented, but not unless first I signed a bizarre nondisclosure agreement, promising I won’t tell anyone what they did. Obviously, I didn’t sign it. (Know your rights). I paid out of pocket for my own repair, which they then, finally, reimbursed me for. Without apology.
This is all in addition to some smaller gripes: repairs taking several hours longer than initially promised, and a failure to wash my vehicle, even after several requests. I’ve been to many MB dealerships for service, in multiple states & countries, and have never seen anything like this. With so many dealerships in the wider Boston area, I strongly recommend avoiding this one. Instead, try MB of Burlington, or Flagship in Lynn. Both superior to this place.
