Hair Cuttery

i came here with the intention of getting the hair cut / color i wanted but that did NOT go as planned. i'm very particular about how my hair looks because it goes in a v in the back and i like to keep it that way. my hair was almost touching my butt so i just wanted to get a trim (i told her keeping the v shape and not a lot taken off) & a color (purple if your wondering) the younger girl who was doing my hair agreed. she trimmed my hair as asked and told me since my hair was to dark (cherry brown) that she would need to bleach it. which wasn't an issue but i told her my hair doesn't lighten properly and she might have to strip it then bleach it. then she told me stripping it wouldn't do anything she'd HAVE to bleach it. again i was fine with that. she used the strongest they had and told me to relax for 30 mins while she cuts someone who was waitings hair. 30 mins comes up and she looks and my hair barely lightened so she told me to wait another 15 then proceeded to cut someone else's hair. she would check it and tell me to wait longer. i sat with bleach in my hair for TWO HOURS. until she decided to rinse my hair. my hair afterwards felt stringy and COMPLETLY destroyed and my hair has NEVER felt this way before and i would color it with box dye every month since i was 13 (i'm 20 now). she tells me after she deep conditions it it won't feel like that anymore. now she's dying my hair and while she's doing it she RUNS OUT OF THE PURPLE SHE WAS USING AND GRABS A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT ONE TO DO AN "ombré" type color which I DIDNT ASK FOR or had knowledge she was doing until i saw the two different color tubes. she dyes my hair rinses it off and deep condidtions it which she leaves in for less than 5 mins and brings me back to the chair to blow dry. she proceeds to tell me she wanted to know if she could take off another half an inch because it was dead i said yes that would be fine i just don't want my hair short like a bob WHICH I EMPHSIZED. (because i'm chubby that's not flattering) she didn't say anything just faces me the opposite way of the mirror so i can't see what she's doing has me put my head down and just starts cutting and cutting and cutting it. she keeps me in that position blow dries and straightens it turns me to the mirror and i wanted to cry. she had cut my long hair into a tad bit longer than a BOB. which i had told her i DID NOT WANT. also gave my a blunt cut so i didn't have a v anymore and made my layers and the underneath of my hair way to short. i cried the whole way home because i was devastated someone actually did this to me and i had to pay for it. this happened in november and my hair is completly not growing and before my hair always grew quick it is at the same length it was when she first cut it and when the colored faded ( less than two weeks later) i dyed it my natural color which is blonde (box dye not bleach because it faded that bad i didn't need it) and haven't dyed it since or used heat on it just so i can get my long hair back. also every time i shower clumps of hair falls out and it feels stringy, gross & breaks off. no matter what high/low end brand of hair care products i use. i'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my time spent here all 6 HOURS OF IT. and i would NOT IN MY LIFE RECCOMENED THIS HAIR CUTTERY.
