Guitar Center Lessons

I've been doing business here for a number of years and experienced decent service. Tonight, however, I visited the tech service area to discover their (1) tech was "at dinner, be back soon"... spoke to another associate and she said he should be back in 30-45 min.. hmm ok, just drove 40 to get there. I waited 45 min when the same associate said she would call him...ok, good..but, she never returned. I waited a little over an hour and finally had to leave. Bad experience...I gave 3 stars only bcoz that associate caught me leaving, apologized and seemed sincere....but still, develop a better system ppl..this was very aggravating.
