This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I called for 10 days only to be told by their voicemail that the center was closed. When I finally pressed the prompt for their voicemail service- I was told that they were not closed but had failed to change their phone message.
I had called for a series of records for a physical that was rendered in concert with a job application. As I suspected, their answer was "NO". They could not give me the records. This was fine but why it took 2 weeks of calling and faxing to get this information is a mystery to me.
While I suspect that they are gracious people-this quality of customer service was daunting. Everyone was very nice but a little more administrative coordination would probably serve their patients well.
