Greater Springfield Credit Union

I don't usually do negative reviews...If I could rate Greater Springfield Credit Union -5, I would! They have some of the rudest employees. It's terrible that they call themselves a 'community ' credit union. I guess it depends on which community you are from. I've tolerated so much over the years even after hearing bad experiences from others, but I wouldn't bank with them again if they gave me a $10,000 bonus to bank with them. So DONE!!! Enough is enough!

Terrible customer service. There is a negative culture at this credit union that is infectous. I feel as though I have never been viewed as a valued customer. I am a city employee and I have done business here for multiple years.
