Sorry posted to the wrong place, but I'm sure they're good here. Though I would try to avoid the Chicopee location. I haven't had a decent haircut there in like 3 years. It's a revolving door their i guess. The people are treated to great, management, and they have to hae turnover with the customers and stuff. It's like hey manager dude we like to get to know who's cutting our hair. When I go to Great Clips I usually go to Rochester, NH; they're awesome, and they like their management too. I have family up there so I just don't go for the haircut, or do I? LOL Good luck, get it cut, hope they don't f#$k it up.
