Global Fitness Center

The gym and classes are great. I was very happy with Global Fitness until I received a letter stating that I would be charged a "$20 Enhancement Fee." This was not part of my contract- just an extra fee they created to help them manage their business The Enhancement Fee is to cover "major costs" including "rent, employee compensation, insurance, and energy." And also the replacement of gym equipment. I'd like to send out letters to get (involuntary) donations for my new purchases, insurance, and utility bills, but no one has signed a contract giving me permission to bill their account for these things. Plus- IT'S NOT LEGAL.
