Loved this place! Great alternative to staying in pricey, vanilla hotels in Copley Square area. A true South End Brownstone experience. Coincidentally, less than a block away from my daughter, which was the icing on the cake. Great restaurants within walking distance (esp. nice is the Five Horse which is just across the street, where we enjoyed a great brunch! and also a great beer during a warm afternoon). Parking is challenging for those driving cars (Weekends are best for parking on Columbus Ave.) Breakfast offerings weren't off the charts, but not really relevant for us, due to relatives and prolific restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. For older folks, there is no elevator, and stairs are steep (part of the Brownstown experience) But the owner offers work-around services for luggage when checking in or checking out.
