Gerardo's Bakery

So, I always visited the Gerardos up the road, and I was so excited when this location opened since it is closer to home. I have found some of the employees to be very rude, and they tend to rush customers out. This week we arrived at 7:50 PM and left just after 8 PM. We felt really rushed out. My boyfriend picked something he did not really want, because we felt so rushed out when there were no other customers in the store and two employees. There were two younger brunettes working (and one of them is always rude everytime we have gone in and she is working), and they locked the door as we left. A van full of people tried to walk in as we were leaving, and the girls did not let them in since they had just locked the door. It was 8 PM and the shop is supposed to close at 9 PM. They went from all smiles to disappointment very quickly. The entire group was sent away! On top of that, our treats were stale. We will not be back. Such a shame!

Everything I've eaten there is delicious. Friendly staff. Love the almond cookies. Moist, chewy, lovely!
