The initial contact was great of course. Someone coming and looking at our property, measuring and quoting. They also were wonderful at quoting prices and replying quickly. AND THEN WE GAVE THEM OUR DEPOSIT. It was just like everyone else says, the communication went from amazing to NOTHING. Everytime Mike said he would be at our house, he never was. We had countless times where we were promised a date and it never happened. I'd say the only difference is, we actually got our fence installed. It looked/looks for the most part nice, however, about maybe 2 weeks in, our fence separated. It seemed like the post should've been made sturdier. We called and emailed and tried to get a hold of them, and NOTHING. One of the reasons why we went with them is because we were promised a warranty. What good is a warranty if you can't even get a hold of a business that's supposedly backing up their work.

He took our money and never looked back.
