I hear many bad reviews for GameStop, but let me tell you, out of all the GameStop I've been to, this one is the best, as in it's not just people trying to make money, but it's actually people who are happy to talk about their love of videogames. I feel at home with every new employee I meet here. And trust me, they aren't just talking about games to try and make money, I've had people here giving me a heads up on cool free games on PC to watch out for. You can actually talk to these people and get real opinions from gamers like you. I wish I could say the same about the atmosphere at other gamestops.
As far as service, I haven't had any issues, but I also never have returned or sold anything here. I can say that they are very helpful though, even if you are looking for an item they don't sell.
