This apartment gives me the worst living experience! The management do not clean the property well. I just FELL OFF pretty badly right in front of the main door this morning because of the icy surface. They did not spread anything on the floor to prevent icy floor. If I did not wear a thick jacket, I could have broken my bones
There are lots of LOUD NOISES and the management basically do little things about it. We experienced the very heavy footsteps from upstairs neighbors that we felt like our ceiling is shaking, the management moved us to the top. But in the new apt, we experienced the loud TV noises in our whole bedroom. The management proposed to move our bedhead because it is difficult to move the neighbor's TV. This is really ridiculous as our bed is very heavy and even if we do, we can still hear the noise everywhere in the bedroom!
Even though policy of Gables said that these noises can not be heard by us. The management kept saying the noises were not loud enough to shake photos off the wall or be heard clearly in the hall way and there is nothing they can do. Every time we talked to the management about loud noises, we always heard THERE IS NOTHING/LIMITED THINGS WE CAN DO.
We called the courtesy officer to deal with noises by following policy of Gables but the management complained us "disturbing" other people's life by calling the officer.
We sometimes received incorrect bills like credit/offset was not included... The water and sewer charges doubled while my colleague who lives in Dedham told me that Dedham and Westwood use the same water and sewer system and her bills on these are not changed at all!
