I used to shop at this store frequently until they offered me a *FREE* Backstage Pass Card. Then, an $11.99 charge started showing up on my credit account. We complained and they credited us but, not without being rude about it. If you search "FYE BSP" you'll see that I am not alone. Employees are instructed to hide the charge and do use the term "free". Sorry - not shopping at any store that forces its employees to use deceptive business practices as SOP.
