One of your employee's, Melissa disregarded everything I said on the phone when I ask her the spa and hung up on me. I call back within five minutes, and this time someone else picks up the phone. She's having a conversation with someone else and states that she cant hear me. This place is a joke over the phone, imagine when you actually get there.
