AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Tonight I took my two little cousins for icecream we went through the drive thru they were having computer problems, no big deal we went inside. Whoever is in charge of management please fire the staff working tonight all of them put together is not worth one person. There was about 15-20 people in the lobby and the host was on his phone near the walk in fridge texting with another waitor. No one did anything to sit anyone down or get ice cream for anyone. There was at least five people in the kitchen on their cell phones. The place was a mess completely unorganized I couldnt believe it! It was so bad I went behind the counter to pick up my own ice cream, no one said ANYTHING (what if I wanted to steal money!). Im not some bitter old woman either ranting and raving about teenagers and their cell phones. Im 25 and work in this industry and it was absolute ridiculousness. Staff didnt respect management they had been fighting in front of everyone. Complete unprofessionalism in the manner which the staff spoke to eachother and other people and the cell phones openly being used while people were waiting, still in shock. This Friendlys never used to be like this. One star only because I cant write a review with 0. Would not go back if someone paid me!!! Two famlies followed me out. Lost a lot of bussiness tonight. Management be mindful of who you're hiring! Shame..
