My family and I ordered from this establishment this afternoon, the food took 2 hours to come and when it arrived the pizza was cold, the onion rings are rock hard, the cheesy bacon fries were mush with completely uncooked bacon and never brought our sodas. I called the establishment and he told me its not his job to make sure his employees fully cook the food and its too hard for him to watch everything that happens. I asked him politely if he could bring fresh food and our sodas or my money back. He said "No, that we cannot get our money back and I am not making more food" then proceeded to hang up on me. I am contacting the board of health about this establishment, I can ignore gross food but when you try and serve me meat that hasn't been cooked at all then that's a big problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I wish I had read the reviews before trying them.
