Flynn VW Audi BMW

We had a recall repair to be serviced. Called twice with no call back. Finally called a third time and reached service dept. They looked up the vehicle which I had purchased there. Said that they saw the recall. Scheduled the appt 2 weeks later. Then after we made special arrangements to drop off car and share a ride to work. We called to find out how thing were going and they said they didn't have a part and had to reschedule. Boy it's a good thing this is only a safety recall and we have nothing better to do than go through this all over again. ..LOL

Damaged my car on 2 separate occasions. First they stripped the oil filter removing it and then blamed it on BMW Manhattan. Next visit they left car outside and it sustained body damage. Finally didn marginal repair after 5 calls and finally getting owner incolced. Shows no remorse for damage or inconvenience to get car repaired after they damaged it. Sloppy, and would go anywhere else's if possible.
