I called for commercial truck insurance and spoke to the owner of the company he seemed very nice and willing to get me a good rate & said he would call me a couple of days with quotes. After a week went by I called and left a message he never called back, after another week I called and got him on the phone at this point he had no idea who I was or why I was calling so I reminded him and he soon remembered and started to look for his paperwork at this time he asked me what I was currently paying for insurance I responded I would rather not say because I am shopping for a better price, He then said "well I don't want to do business with someone who wont share information" I said I have received several quotes and no other companies have asked & why would I tell them all I need is there best price, not to just beat my current rate by a few dollars. At that point he started telling me "how he does it" I told him how unprofessional he was and thanked him for his time & hung up. For what I pay a year for insurance I don not need to deal with a pompous ass who cant return my calls. Go anywhere but here !!!
