I went in for an alignment and left for the half hour and came back so I never got to see if they were actually working on my car. (I didn't think I was going to need to do that) When I picked up my car there was nothing different with my alignment. It was still pulling to the right severely. They never gave me the specs sheet that usually prints out to show everything was even. I had to go back the next day to get done again. Huge waste of my time. This time the specs were printed out because they actually completed the alignment.
