We used this company for two years. Last year end of December, We were out of town for vacation and set the low temperature in my house. They went to my house to add the oil for twice in one week. My oil tank is 275 gallons, they added 195.9 gallons in 12/30 2017, I didn’t find any bill in my door or mailbox when I went home from vacation 12/31/2017. I got the two bills in mailbox 1/8/2018 from this oil company. They went to my home added 153.8gallons in 1/7/2018. Can you believe that only one week we used 153.8gallons. The owner said the weather is so cold, the machine was running all day. You have a big house... many reason. My house is 3530 sq. No basement. But we were not at home and low temperature 58 degree, didn’t use hot water. We live here almost 5 years, never happened like this before we used other oil company. Actually this is second time to happen in this oil company. My friend is lawyer, he recommended us to stop to use this oil company, and collect the usage bills and gallons for next step. Does anyone has the same situation?
