I have a no cost service that gets digital images of people feet to make custom orthotics for them. I called Zac-the manager to hopefully provide my services to the runners he's associated with. He was very friendly. Down to earth. We talked at length about the store, the races they run in etc. Knows his stuff. My service is free so nothing to sell-he was likewise-no selling (a relief compared to the phone store i went to this a.m. who tried MANY times to hook me up with a tablet "only $10 mo." -One no wasn't enough...)
