Fashion Nails

I tried to love this place. I really did. I love their nail polish set up (by colors). I love their variety with polishes. I like that they use individual cuticle trimmers and nail files. But their work quality falls short most times. I've been here a few times. There were probably one or two instances where I thought my nails came out really good. But mostly it's the nail technician rushing with my nails to finish quickly and that leaves my nails looking sloppy. It upsets me because I'm paying for a service (I tip 99% of the time) and it's provided to me in the worst way. The customer service isn't horrible so I can't really complain on that front but the way my nails are done most of the time makes me feel more like money coming into their business than a potential long-lasting client. After my last time there, I've decided not to return which really saddens me. I'm glad other people have better experiences but I, for one, do not feel the same.
