Prices are the same as models sold in a big home improvement store, but Fairbanks assembles them right (e.g. saw a skid shoe missing from a blower at the "big" store). They stock professional models that have more torque and power if you need to move wet, heavy snow faster. My Platinum 30" from 2014 is running well, but Ariens initially shipped them without a fuel strainer and level indicator. They've since made a fuel strainer-indicator kit, and Fairbanks gave it to me for free. Family business; good guys.
