We used Expert Pest Control for a pest inspection and Jim was very helpful and professional. I called today and to ask if they are able to assist with ants in the yard because Jim told my husband they could take care of that. When I called a woman answered the phone and never gave her name. My husband called later to find out her name was Lynn. Lynn was extremely condescending. I am not familiar with pest control and after trying to correct the problem my self, I turned to Expert Pest Control because Jim was very professional. In the most condescending tone possible Lynn asked "have you tried going to Home Depot"? After telling me they do not do yards. I feel this person is a negative addition to this company. We were thinking of also having them help maintain our home to prevent any future issues, but could not get past Lynn's attitude to continue business.
