Victim of a hit-and-run in the West Hingham MBTA parking lot, my Toyota Sienna needed a brand new driver's side door. When Ernie's determined that the adjacent door also needed replacement, they worked it out with my insurance company, Quincy Mutual, and the adjuster; I didn't have to lift a finger there.
When my car was ready, Skip showed me the work that was done. Better than new! After paying the deductible to Mary, I was able to just leave the rental car and drive home in my completely repaired Sienna!
I hope never to need auto body work done again. But if I do, I will absolutely return to Ernie's Auto Body Shop. Outstanding workmanship by people I completely trust.
