Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental car I was given lacked many features that I enjoy in my personal vehicle. The rental did not have a backup camera or heated seats even though it seemed like a new model. The car stayed at the bottom of the driveway for two of the six days I had the rental. The car was awful in the snow and could not make it up the slight incline in my driveway. I had this rental while my car was in the shop. When the customer service guys say you’ll get something comparable to your own car, they mean comparable in size but not in features. The only positive part of this experience with enterprise was dealing with the older gentleman that picked me up from the auto body shop. I wish I could remember his name, he was very kind and helpful.
